The Bible says that “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.” (Proverbs 10:22).
The world is trying to get blessings through human methods, and they are paying a dear price for that. They are constantly living in sorrow to obtain material blessings, to maintain material blessings, and they grieve when they lose their material blessings!
But when you have the "Blessing" of the Lord you don't have any sorrow because the "Blessing" of the Lord is so much greater than getting your needs met physically.
The "Blessing" of the Lord is a profound force for good from God extended to your relationships, your marriage, to your work, to your spiritual life, to your health, to your finances, and beyond!
And when the Bible says in Acts 3:26 that God sent Jesus to bless you it means fundamentally to fulfill the promise that He made to Abraham!
Now notice when I say the "Blessing" I am not talking about blessings. The "Blessing" singular produces the blessings plural. But many Christians are living their lives to find the blessings, to go after the blessings, to chase the blessings, and they are missing out on God's much deeper "Blessing."
